Yes however we recommend that you test Zero Odor in inconspicuous location just to be sure there are no issues with color fastness.
Next thoroughly wipe the furniture with a sponge/cloth and warm water (no chemicals) and allow to dry. Once dry, spray moderately with Zero Odor, and wait about 30 seconds, prior to wiping the leather surface with a soft towel. This is to prevent any possible streaks/spotting, which all liquids run the risk of doing on leather. Please remember depending on how deeply penetrated the odor is you may have to spray several times.
